All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Occasionally, the manufacture of your goods may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays, or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. You can return these items to us by browsing to the Returns page and filling out our returns form. Returns are at your own cost and risk. You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation. To cancel an order you must inform us by visiting our contact or returns page. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact, and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. You can return these items to us by filling out the Returns form on the Returns page. If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. Details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
